REFUEL CAR WASH CLUB FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Unlimited Wash Club is a monthly subscription. Members can wash their cars at any participating Refuel Car Wash, as many times as they want throughout the month.

Membership is simple. Download the Refuel Market app on your phone and follow the prompts after clicking “Join the Unlimited Car Wash Club.” Membership is only available through the app at this time.

Your subscription will be charged on the monthly anniversary of the date your purchased your package. The charge will show up on your billing statement as “REFUEL OPERATING COMPA.”

To activate the carwash, simply open the Refuel App and scan the QR code at the payment kiosk.

As long as you have your phone, the vehicle you are in doesn’t matter. Simply scan the QR code using the Refuel Market app.

Manage your subscription in the app to cancel. Cancelling your subscription allows you to continue receiving unlimited car washed through the end of your current billing cycle. Changing your subscription plan will immediately cancel your current subscription to allow you to purchase a new package.
