Refuel Announces the Launch of a New, Enhanced Loyalty Program Designed to Deliver Bigger Savings and Faster Rewards

Refuel is announcing the upcoming launch of its new and enhanced loyalty program, debuting in January 2026. Purpose-built to deliver greater value, faster rewards, and a more seamless experience, the program reflects Refuel’s continued investment in improving how customers engage with the brand both digitally and in-store. 

After dedicating all of 2025 to the design, development, and refinement of the program, Refuel is introducing a loyalty experience that prioritizes simplicity, personalization, and meaningful savings, with fuel savings serving as the cornerstone. 

“This new program represents a significant evolution in how we reward our customers,” said Carissa Cardy, Director of Marketing. “We focused on eliminating complexity, accelerating value, and ensuring that every interaction feels intuitive and rewarding. The result is a loyalty program that works harder for our members and better reflects how they shop and fuel today.” 

Fuel-Focused Savings, Made Effortless 

At the core of the new program is an automatic approach to fuel savings. Members who spend $25 in-store will automatically receive 10 cents per gallon in fuel savings* at the pump, with no additional steps required. In addition, points earned through in-store purchases will automatically convert into fuel savings, creating a direct and frictionless connection between everyday purchases and savings at the pump. 

Members will earn 20 points for every $1 spent in-store, and the rewards catalog has been redesigned to be more intuitive and easier to navigate, enabling faster and more flexible redemption. 

Personalized Offers and Smarter Engagement 

The new loyalty program also introduces targeted offers, allowing Refuel to deliver more relevant promotions to members based on their interests and purchasing behavior. This personalized approach ensures members receive offers that matter most to them, strengthening engagement while enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Beyond everyday rewards, the program will feature interactive challenges, including visit-based challenges, gallon challenges, and other limited-time opportunities designed to surprise and delight members with new ways to save.

By meeting members where they are, we can engage them in more meaningful ways and deliver value that feels personal.” 

Building on What Customers Already Love 

While the program introduces new features and enhancements, Refuel has retained its most popular loyalty benefits. Core mechanics, including the daily 3 cents per gallon fuel savings, remain an integral part of the program, ensuring continuity while delivering expanded value.
