Car Wash Membership Program

1. Membership Overview

The Car Wash Membership Program (“Membership”) offers unlimited car washes at participating locations in exchange for a monthly fee. Membership is vehicle-specific and non-transferable.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• To enroll, customers must provide accurate vehicle and payment information.
• Each membership applies to one vehicle only. Additional vehicles require separate memberships.
• Membership begins on the date of sign-up and automatically renews monthly.

3. Billing and Payment

• Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method provided at sign-up.
• The first payment is charged on the enrollment date; subsequent charges occur on the same date each month.
• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that payment details remain current. Failed payments may result in suspension, cancellation or loss of promotional pricing.

4. Unlimited Washes

• Members may wash their enrolled vehicle as often as designated by Refuel.
• Refuel reserve the right to change the daily washes allowed at any time, without notice.
• Abuse of the membership, such as using it for vehicles not enrolled, or commercial use may result in termination.

5. Cancellation Policy & Workflow

• Members may cancel their membership at any time through one of the following methods:
  • Online at refuelmarket.com
  • Through the Refuel App (available in Texas and North Carolina only)
  • By emailing carwash@refuelmarket.com
• Individual store locations cannot process or manage membership cancellations.
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• No refunds or prorated charges will be issued for partial months.

6. Changes to Terms or Pricing

• The company reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Vehicle Restrictions

• Membership is valid for passenger vehicles only.
• Oversized vehicles, commercial vehicles, or those with aftermarket modifications may not be eligible.
• The company reserves the right to deny service to vehicles that pose safety or equipment risks.

8. Service Availability

• Car washes may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions.

9. Termination of Membership

• The company may cancel any membership at its sole discretion for violation of these terms, or misuse of the service.
• Members may cancel anytime as outlined in Section 5.
• Refuel reserves the right to cancel a membership if a customer engages in abusive behavior, including the use of profanity, disrespectful language, or actions that make it unreasonably difficult to provide assistance.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the wash by the customer, pre-existing vehicle damage, or aftermarket accessories.
• Liability for any damage caused by equipment malfunction is limited to repair or reimbursement at the company’s discretion.

12. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued for any period beyond the current billing month.
• All refund requests must be accompanied by physical proof of contact (e.g., an email receipt, confirmation number, or screen capture) showing the customer reached out via one of the official cancellation channels:

  • The Refuel App (TX and NC only)
  • Email to carwash@refuelmarket.com
• Claims made without documented proof of attempted cancellation will not be honored.
• Refuel is not responsible for refunding charges due to:
  • Forgetting to cancel
  • Lack of memory of signing up
  • Not monitoring bank or credit card accounts
• Customers are responsible for managing their own accounts, monitoring billing activity, and following published cancellation procedures.
• Negligence on the part of the customer does not qualify for a refund.
