We drive human interaction at the store level to continue to strengthen our team member relationships and allow us to foster trust, gauge our execution and share best practices across our operations. Orientation and training programs are offered for new hires, and management routinely hosts in-person discussions with store managers and conducts site visits to garner feedback from the field. Training is extensive and includes commitment to such policies as:

- Workplace Violence Prevention Policy
